Analytical Reports Provided By ZENfra

“ALL” Analytical Page

Click on the Analytics menu in the ZENfra user interface.

You'll be directed to the analytics page showcasing a complete overview of all your interconnected device types, including servers, switches, and storage.

On this page, you'll find detailed reports on the following components:


  * Server

  * WWN

  * Disk (Block)

  * Software

  * Network

  * Filesystem

  * Switch

  * Storage Array

  * Vulnerabilities

  * Cloud Transformation

  * Compatibility

  * Users


Each report offers insights into how each specific component is linked to other IT elements within your environment from the perspective of that particular component.

For every analytical page, you will find an initial Overview section providing a visual representation of the analytics page you are currently viewing. This section is followed by a set number of reports specific to that particular analytics category. Take advantage of the Charts in the overview area to gain immediate visual insights into the data presented on the upcoming reports.

Click on the "All" icon located in the left corner to open the side panel.
View all the device categories listed in the side panel.
Click on the drop-down icon next to each device type name to access a drop-down list.
The drop-down list will display Device Vendor Names or Provider Names or Data Type Names under the selected category.

 


This feature is visible only if you have uploaded log(s) related to the specific category and vendor name. Utilize this functionality to efficiently navigate through different device categories and their respective vendors.

“ALL SERVER” Analytical Page

By clicking on All Server Analytics, you can get consolidated information about your servers, if you have uploaded server device logs from different vendors.

This analytical page provides you with the reports that are mentioned below:

  • For a specific analytical insight about a particular server type, for example: Linux, follow these steps: Click on the "Linux" option to access the analytical view specifically made for Linux servers.
  • On the Linux analytical page, you will find reports as depicted in the provided picture. Each report offers information from its specific viewpoint according to its name.
  • Similarly, you can click on a specific server type to obtain information relevant to that particular server type exclusively.

“ALL SWITCH” Analytical Page

By clicking on All Switch Analytics, you can get consolidated information about your Switches, if you have uploaded switch device logs from different vendors.
This analytical page provides you with the reports that are mentioned below:

Brocade Analytical Page

  • For a specific analytical insight about a particular switch type, for example: Brocade, follow these steps: Click on the "Brocade" option to access the analytical view specifically made for the Brocade switch.
  • On the Brocade analytical page, you will find reports as depicted in the provided picture. Each report offers information from its specific viewpoint.
  • Similarly, you can click on a specific switch type to obtain information relevant to that particular switch type exclusively.

“ALL STORAGE” Analytical Page

By clicking on All Storage Analytics, you can get consolidated information about your storage, if you have uploaded storage device logs from different vendors.

  • Similarly, you can click on a specific storage type to obtain information relevant to that particular storage type exclusively.

“Cloud” Analytical Page

By clicking on Cloud Category and Specific Cloud Provider Analytics, you can get consolidated information about that cloud provider, if the cloud data logs of that specific provider have been uploaded.

Azure Analytical Page

  • For a specific analytical insight about a particular Cloud provider, for example: Azure, follow these steps: Click on the " Azure " option to access the analytical view specifically made for the Azure Cloud.
  • On the Azure analytical page, you will find reports as depicted in the provided picture. Each report offers information from its specific viewpoint.
  • Similarly, you can click on a specific cloud provider you are required to obtain information relevant to that particular cloud provider exclusively.

“Backup” Analytical Page

By clicking on specific Backup Device Analytics, you can get consolidated information about that backup device, if the backup data logs of that specific device have been uploaded.

Veeam Analytical Page

  • For a specific analytical insight about a particular Backup type, for example: Veeam, follow these steps: Click on the " Veeam" option to access the analytical view specifically made for the Veeam backup.
  • On the Veeam analytical page, you will find reports as depicted in the provided picture. Each report offers information from its specific viewpoint.
  • Similarly, you can click on a specific backup type to obtain information relevant to that particular backup type exclusively.

“User” Analytical Page

By clicking on specific User Data Analytics, you can get consolidated information about that user data, if the user data logs of that specific type have been uploaded.

HR User Data Analytical Page

  • For a specific analytical insight about a particular user data type, for example: HR User Data Type, follow these steps: Click on the " HR User Data" option to access the analytical view specifically made for the HR User Data.
  • On the HR User Data analytical page, you will find the report as depicted in the provided picture. This report offers information regarding HR data with the comfort of creating charts and rules to analyze data visually.
  • Similarly, you can click on a specific user data type to obtain information relevant to that particular user data type exclusively.
