ZENfra User Login Instructions

• Upon enrolling your Email ID to create a ZENfra Account, an email will be sent to the provided email ID for setting up a password.

• On the password creation page, you will find two fields - Password and Confirm Password. Enter your chosen password in both fields without any variation in characters.
• After entering the password in the designated fields, click the 'Create Password' button to finalize and set your password for the account.
• Once you created your account password, you will be navigated to the login page of the ZENfra.

• In the 'Username' field, input the Email Address associated with your ZENfra account.
  

• In the 'Password' field, enter the Password linked to your ZENfra account.
• Finally, click on the 'Login' button to securely access your ZENfra account and begin your ZENfra experience.

• In case, you enter invalid credentials for your account, you will be alerted with an invalid credentials notification. 
• If you reach the maximum attempt for the invalid credentials entry, your account will get locked. Then you may need to contact the administrator for resetting the credentials or you can utilize the forgot password option to reset your credential.

• To reset a forgotten password, access the ZENfra login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link located under the LOGIN button.

• You will be directed to another page where you need to submit the Email ID associated with your account. Please provide the enrolled email ID and click the 'Send Reset Link' button.

• Check your email inbox for a message from ZENfra containing the password reset link.
• Click on the 'Reset Password' button in the email to access the password reset page.

• On the password reset page, you will find two fields - Password and Confirm Password. Enter your new password in both fields without any variation in characters.

• Finally, click the 'Reset Password' button to complete the password resetting process.

NOTE: The password reset link sent by ZENfra via email will remain valid for 30 minutes only. Kindly utilize the link within this time frame to complete the password resetting process promptly.

If the user wishes to change the password, he can follow the steps below to complete the process:

• Click on the Username displayed in the menubar.
• Select the "User Settings" option from the dropdown tray.

• Choose the "Change Password" option to access the Change Password page.

• Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password. (Note: Ensure that your password meets the password rules listed on the right side of the page.)

• After providing the new password, click the "Update" button to update your password.
